Life just keeps getting busier and busier.  Hurry, worry and rush are the norm.  Like the proverbial roll of toilet paper, the closer you get to the end, the faster it goes!

This “unnatural” stress is creating a sickness, not just in the individual, but in our society as a whole.

We are losing our sense of connectedness, with Nature and with each other, with our sense of meaning and purpose.

We’ve gotten away from the core of who we are and where we came from.

We are literally killing ourselves through needless worry, mindlessness and stress.

Over time we have gone inside, shut the doors and windows, gradually alienating ourselves from the beautiful natural world.  We are distanced from the smell of wildflowers, sage and pine, the feel of grass through our toes and of rough bark, the wild wetness and scent of rain, the sound of the wind through the trees and the forest streams…

We’ve lost sight of the calm, azure sky filled with white, dreamy clouds overhead.  We have cut off our ties to the Original Source of joy, security and well-being – Mother Nature.
